Need some help with reverse engineering and decoding #10

Hey there, would you be willing to help me out to reverse engineer some encoded, very similar files? I have project going on that would benefit from getting this done in a timely manner, I'm trying my best but I don't quite understand yet how you came up with those lut arrays and the specific bitwise calculation. The files I have are a bit sensitive, I would appreciate, if at all possible, if we could speak more privately somewhere. I'll invite you to collab on a private repo for now, hoping for a response, cheers!
