Problem with the total balance on the Solana network #2

I have emptied my wallet on the Solana network but the nominal balance still appears

How long is the delay, because it's been 4 days since I cleared my balance but the nominal balance still appears. I made this report only to inform the Chill Wallet Team so that it can be repaired and the Chill Wallet becomes a perfect wallet

Thank you for using Chill. Is it possible to reproduce the problem after upgrading to chill v1.0.11?

I used the private key of the Phantom wallet to import Chill. Chill showed the same amount as Phantom. Then after transferring all the funds from Phantom, I refreshed Chill again and found that the amount became 0. On the contrary, after transferring the funds from Chill, Phantom Also changes simultaneously.

Can you describe your specific operation process? Thanks

I did the same thing importing phrases from chill to phantom and sending all the funds from phantom then I went back to chill wallet but the nominal funds still appeared in chill

I just followed your process and everything works fine.

What version are you using now? Check it from Settings-->About-->Version.

We have verified that the issue cannot be appear gain on several different computers. We analyzed that it may be caused by the cache of an old version. Is it possible to do this:

  1. Back up all seed phrases from Chill wallet
  2. Delete Chill chrome extension
  3. Install the Chill extension again
  4. Import the previously backed up Chill seed phrase
