how is the pw manager bugged again? #163

Auto rcon login does not work. Add a "chillpw retry_verbose" command.

my chillpw_secrets.txt was empty wtf? maybe a bug in my linux password manager that syncs that file. I added "chillpw reload" which helped me debug that. Good enough for now.
