Allow scrollbars to be moved by clicking and dragging #23

Currently the scrollbars in the program cannot be interacted with directly, and scrolling is done using the mouse wheel or the arrow keys.

A useful enhancement would be to add the scrollbar dragging functionality to bring it in line with the expected UI behaviour.

This feature has now been added in program v1.3.1 (16e3ee7642dc47c73e6bda09ab746e71ed1d9b09)
