Allow text in the serial monitor to be selected and copied #31

At the moment there is no way to select text which is displayed on the serial monitor tab. It would be useful to allow the text to be selected, and perhaps the selected text could also be copied into the clipboard.

This feature has now been added in v1.3.5 (commit 8057d581baef7f90c943dfc3c0aa708b680fece7)
