Reset signal list on disconnect #4

In the live graph view tab, new signals are automatically added in the sidebar. However, there is no way to remove these signals and they are retained when the serial device is disconnected. The signal list should be cleared when the disconnect button is pressed.

Issue is fixed in commit 6824b0c455aa03823859af8e1c3162d4fcfb85ec
