Change host name hardcoded in worker to 127.0.0.1 #213

The host name the scheduler uses to send requests to the coco server is hardcoded to be localhost. This can fail depending on /etc/hosts. Change to 127.0.0.1.

Also recover csbfs:/etc/hosts.bk.
