In the paper titled 'Updating the first CHIME/FRB catalog of fast radio bursts with baseband data' (https://arxiv.org/abs/2311.00111) there are of order 10 tns named events from repeating FRBs whose waterfalls I would like as PSRFITS files. I cannot seem to find this data on the CHIME collaboration website (I can only find .png files of the waterfalls) nor in the public catalogue, where the paper states they should be.
Please let me know if I am not looking in the right place, or if the Catalogue hasn't been updated yet, who I can reach out to for the waterfalls used in the study.
Hi @vicpxo, sorry for my slow reaction. A couple of points for clarification.
We did not release PSRFITS files. Waterfalls are in the form of numpy arrays contained in HDF5 files. An example of how to read those files and extract, manipulate, and plot the data is given in the python file contained in the data directory
Hi, this may be an extremely naïve inquiry.

In general, I cannot seem to find any of the FRBs with baseband data added to the Baseband Catalogue 1 Public Data from that aforementioned study at all (that hyperlink will follow): (https://www.canfar.net/storage/vault/list/AstroDataCitationDOI/CISTI.CANFAR/23.0004/data)
Please let me know if I am not looking in the right place, or if the Catalogue hasn't been updated yet, who I can reach out to for the waterfalls used in the study.
Thank you kindly and best regards,
