security violation with admin panel #9

When wikicalendar is installed the admin panel does not load and the apache log shows the following error:

client denied by server configuration: /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/lem2/data/security.png,

This comes from a security check in inc/html.php. The problem occurs on Centos 5 with PHP 5.1, apache 2, and Anteater DW.

The problem is a missing timezone function which you require in your admin conf data files. See user contributions at: http://ca.php.net/timezone_identifiers_list
