Add Library changes #352

Add Library modal should have separate dropdowns for JS and for CSS libraries.

Thanks for the feedback @diomed. I would also love to know your reasoning behind this suggestion. Because may be the core problem could be solved in other ways.

seems logical that it would go like this. especially now when list of libraries is a bit longer.

this could also be solved by adding library [fav]icons next to JS / CSS area
