A page to show the list of all problems. #3

It is mentioned that this site is inspired from https://cftracker.netlify.app/. It would make sense for this site to have a problems page that contains list of all problems in the site as in CF Tracker - https://cftracker.netlify.app/problems. Would like to contribute to it.

Personally, I may think this functionality is low priority, because the original LeetCode or CodeChef site has its own problem list, and clist's API is easy to reach usage thresholds. But you can still give a try.
