Focus state on hover needs solution for mobile #102

without onMouseEnter/onMouseLeave on mobile - state needs to show as isHovered = true on mobile/tablet screens so user can access icons

Previous bugfix with removing toggle function has meant isHovered state now works on mobile 👍 😁
