QUESTION: should we kick people out if they don't stay accountable? #4

For example, if a Learner misses 2 Sprint forms in a row, they are removed from the program / discord server. Or if they miss any Sprint form?

Or should we just leave them no matter what they do in the program?

The reasoning for removing people if they aren't accountable is that it would establish the program as serious and for people who are really committed.

It might be difficult and time consuming to remove people though. Another option would be to end the e-mail automation so they don't get anymore Sprint forms.

This is also something that can be tested and experimented with at any point once we have learners signing up and going through.
