Task Description Create CSS classes that follow the UI/UX standards established for this app

Use CSS & SASS

Additional Considerations

Only build classes for the most basic building blocks required for the page.
Developers will add to this as they are working on components and new requirements are identified.
In later sprints we'll devote a Weekly Technical Session to converting a CSS class to TailwindCSS
