PR is intended to resolve issue #85 as raised during our last meeting & as recommended for proper project closure.

Changes include:

Removal of development-related comments & unused/commented out code from the following project files: Card.jsx, HamburgerMenu.jsx, Modal.jsx, useBookSearch.jsx, _variable.scss, App.jsx, index.html, index.css & App.scss
I also took the opportunity to resolve minor security issues with links included in: Footer.jsx & Navbar.jsx
