1. As someone who is having behavioral/mood changes, I want to have a list of questions, clickable answers and results in percentage so I can know if my behaviors have a high probability of depression. #20

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Display numbered questions upon clicking
  2. Show multiple choice style option for answers
  3. User can only see the result if all questions are answered
  4. Show result in percentage

  5. Show brackets in which the user can see which section they fall into. (example Normal, slightly depressed, Depressed etc)

    Tasks:

    • [x] Add a quiz button
    • [x] Identify the questions and choices
    • [x] Add animation/active state to the choices if clicked
