Acceptance criteria: (criteria can be the same with the first two)

Have an option to take the quiz in second/third person perspective
Provide a separate questionnaire for each
Display the results (example You got 9/15)
Display a scale for the score (example 0-5:normal 6-10:slightly depressed)

Tasks: (tasks above can be the same)

[ ] Create a button
[ ] Have an option to pick the first person OR second/third person
[ ] Display questions in a list or quiz format
[ ] Create simple formula to get the results
[ ] Create a simple scale ex brackets, table
