fix same variale name and same id name

Guys after I did the latest pull update, the sign up was not working, the issue was on the variable name for username and password variable and the id that was selecting the input of the form. the form for sign in and the sign up had the same variable for username and the id as well. For that reason the sign up form stop working. I re-name the username to usernameSignUp and to passwordSignUp and the id in the signup form
