File cleanups and cleanup Editor Plans page with add plan modal #107

Closes #94 Closes #103

Updated package.json, move all the devDependencies packages to the proper section
Got rid of admin keywords in the file names, updated api file for plans
Add plan modal is now connected to the Add button in editor plans page.
The button is updated, so now PrimaryButton is the transparent button with primary background on hover. The green button is now called SuccessButton
Modal styling is updated a bit to make it bigger and easier to read.
