Feat 204/developer spotlight #206

I kinda thought it would be cool to incorporate anther json file to tell our stories. I told mine. I also am fetching some data from github, not utilizing much but we have access to a lot of cool variables on our team page if you wanna check it out! Our devs are being rendered dynamically instead of statically as well. There are a lot of really neat features in this PR
