Task Description (Creating a document to 1- Do a sprint retrospective meeting 2 - Plan the goals and assignments for week2 as a group and individually.

Sprint Retrospective Review What have completed? How did last week go? What worked for us and what did not work for us?

Spring Goals for Week#2 What do we want to accomplish this week and who aims tackle which tasks?

@rselvasoyak what do you think of this idea: Create an issue called "Meeting notes" and tag it with the label "meeting notes" that I created for you :) Then use the comment section to be a running list of meeting notes from all our meetings.

This way, we can keep all the notes in one place. What do you think?

Week 1 Meeting - 08.05.2023

Went over:

• Features and
• How to populate the backlog
• GitHub processes
• Project Read Me Expectations ( everyone will keep documentation of their processes as we go) - more info later
• Product Owner for the Team : Will switch each week + by next Monday everyone will choose their week
• Testing environment: Jest for our App
• Deploying Through Vercel
• Tech Stack: Next.js, Tailwind, HTML

Expectation for the Week:

• Understand the logic of the game
• Break down your assigned feature into smaller sections and steps within sections + prioritize (High Priority, Medium Priority + Low Priority)
• Each priority category can be aimed to be done in one sprint
  • Rana -> Arena
  • Lee -> Game controls + Battle Buttons
  • Jeffrey -> Bot Designers

Meeting Structure (Up to adaptation for weeks needs)

• Monday: Sprint Planning + Sprint Retrospective Review
• Tuesday & Wednesday : Build on our own + communicate through Discord
• Thursday: Testing and Deployment Check by 5PM PST.
• Friday: Deployment
• Weekend: Independent work
