milstone: completed design implementation of the Landing Page; #39

Also, modified metadata and favicon.ico, added opengrapgh-image.png and all routes directories related to the landing page; including:

  1. "chats-table" route;
  2. "explore-dino" route;
  3. "extras" route;
    • "about-us" sub-route;
    • "privacy-policy" sub-route;
    • "terms-conditions" sub-route;
