Fix meal images not showing #159

Create a public folder, move assets folder into it. Update existing image imports from assets to reflect new structure. Update JSON image value for necessary items.

Looked at the deploy preview for this one and it doesn't look like it worked, not sure if we want to merge this if that's the case
