Local storage credit #176

On top of adding the credit to local storage and rendering it, I disabled the checkout button when credit was zero. The way your logic was setup makes it so the JSX with the "success/failure" classes are not rendered when you assign them to variables with query select. Easiest fix was what I mentioned.
