Create/Edit expense Now name of the participant who are deleted from group will be grey out in expense section. If user add the friend to group again, the styling will be back to normal.

8.Remaining budget Now the remaining budget will show a negative sign when the expenses go beyond the budget.

Updated some propTypes issue we have been getting in the console. (Expense.jsx and ExpensesUser.jsx)
Added responsive design to expense section
Fixed styles of no-expense found message
