As a User I need to know how much I am owed So that I can recover the incurred cost of an expense

Details and Assumptions

An expense has already been created
A receipt has been uploaded
Contribution levels have been set.
The User makes the payment (creditor)
A bill of $100 to be split between 5 people, each person (debtor) owes the user $20 given the contribution level is set to 0 (default)

Acceptance Criteria
```
Given that a payment has been made
When I create an expense
Then I will know how much each person owes me
```
