Dependencies and Housekeeping. #126

This is to merge all the npm updates on the development to the master.

Github keeps flagging security issues despite updates happening... my theory is that it's flagging things on the master branch and not development.

On of the depencies grpc is an issue. Thought it was required to compile the Firebase dep/component.
