new page created to User Settings, accessed from the slide out menu in the Header Logged in Component
about section can add text or remove
resources section added, link to tutorial moved from footer to sidebar menu

text added to login page to help users understand what Habit Tracker is
feel free to modify wording

Footer Text Updated

footer text updated to mention Chingu
