As a user

I want to chat with people that had checked in my current park
I want to chat with my lists of friends

Note: Marked this one as epic due to the complexity of building a real-time chat board. If we have time we can try tackle it. Also it could be interesting to explore using socket.io, a tech aimed to do this kind of things.
