When adding new tech item, pressing enter doesn't work #191

Describe the bug When adding new tech item, pressing enter doesn't work

To Reproduce Bug Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1. My Voyage
  2. Tech stack
  3. Any category
  4. Type something, hit enter

Expected behavior It should accept my input

@JaneMoroz Sorry, I forgot to close this. The tech stack page is getting an overhaul and with the new implementation this should naturally be taken care of.

I will leave this open, but I don't think there's a point of fixing this individually now, better to just add it as part of the task of refactoring the tech stack page

To the rest of the team, like mentioned, the tech stack page is getting an overhaul. A new ticket will be created for this task in clickup when that's ready
