Describe the bug Only 1 option even though my team has 2 project ideas

The idea is to display the project with the most votes. We didn't feel it was necessary to show all of them. Once scenario that played into the decision to create a separate page is if there are multiple projects with same number of votes and in this situation, you will see them all in the finalize page.

Ex: If there are 3 projects and two of them have 3 votes and one has 1 vote, you will see those two projects with the 3 votes in the finalize page

what if they had a meeting and decided that they will go with another project? I always thought the number of vote is just a reference.

Design team is going in a different direction for this. That is being worked on now. Will update this to be ready to be worked on when design is finalized
