Describe the bug Features should probably be locked before the team has picked a project

To Reproduce Bug Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1. Go to My Voyage
  2. Go to Features

Expected behavior It doesn't make sense that a user can suggest features before knowing what their project is going to be.
