check in form title - showing sprint 2 check-in when I'm supposed to do sprint 1 check in #215

Describe the bug image sprint 2 has started but I should be doing sprint 1 check in

Development end date Date when dev team complete fixing a bug

Was this when you clicked into the weekly checkin widget? In the sprints page itself, it's linked to whichever sprint is the active one in the stepper component.

In the weekly checkin widget, I'm pretty sure it's linked to the current sprint. So if you submit during sprint 2, it will be the sprint 2 checkin.

I was submitting sprint 1 check in during sprint 2

This is on the check-in form. It should show sprint 1 check in

As mentioned in discord, weekly checkin should be available on sunday at 8 am cdt and due on monday at 11:59 pm cdt. This will require changes on how the weekly checkin is setup in the dashboard page and also some changes in the sprints page
