Sprints Check-in check box is checking wrong User box #236

Describe the bug When user try to check box for super helpful team member it confirm selection by checking box of same user but for non-active team member question (see attached screenshot).

To Reproduce Bug Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1. Go to Weekly Check-In button
  2. Click on User box for question: "Is there anyone on your team who has been super helpful..."

Expected behavior To be checked User according the answer.
