Auto-fill project idea & description on Voyage Submission (suggestion)

Describe the suggestion When users fill out the voyage submission form, the project title & description could be pulled from the Ideation page.

Currently, I would have to type out everything again or leave the form, copy from Ideation, and go back to the form via Sprints page.

To Reproduce Bug Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Go to Sprints
2. Click on Submit Voyage

Ideal behavior when users open the voyage submission form, they would see that the project title and description fields completed (pulled from Ideation).

Looks like we can use title and description property from ideation to pre-populate the form
