implement timezone in user profile

added timezone as a type for EditableTextField
remove updatedData value in EditableTextField as the returned value from mutation is saved and re-renders the component instantly. no need to pass the value manually into the rendering component

nice work wolf! i made a slight change moving it to the top of the editable fields. keeps the profile sections together
