Added itemization descriptions to persona info

This is a large update that adds new itemization details to improve user experience. This is intended to fix issue #72 .

• Itemization info appears in a clean, mobile friendly table format.
• For P5R, normal and fusion alarm items appear with labels
• Skill card data instead pulls from the existing skill data, and shows the move name, type, effect, and cost
• Accessories that grant skills when equipped include the skill effect in the description, for the users that are too lazy to look up the move info
• Weapons and protectors display stats and additional effects
• Additional testing was added to ensure that item data is being set
• Arsène spelling was fixed again because I used the Spanish accent instead of the French one (because I am a FOOL)
• HTML lang tag added to improve site accessibility

@chinhodado I'm not seeing any more conflicts on my end, I rebased before opening the pull request, and did it again just in case. This should only merge the last 4 commits I made, none of which exist on the base branch yet. Hopefully I did it right
