Frsky alarms enhance to support rate of change! #302

What new feature/ability do you want?
Ability to assign more control on how the frsky alarms work.

What is the expected output?
A feature to detect the rate of change of an alarm signal.  E.g: is the value 
increasing or decreasing.  Issue an alarm if value starts to change.

What version of the product are you using?
Er9x-frsky-noht

Please provide any additional information below.
this would provide a generic alarm system that could be used for many sensors - 
namely a vario!

Hello. Have you plan to do something about that? I believe, there will be not 
so much memory used to this feature.
