I have not seen this on my 9x radios. I do not believe the software
calibration is changing, so the problem is most likely in your pots. Did this
problem start with a particular revision? If you flash back to that earlier
version, is the problem still there? Problems with the pots on the 9x are not
unheard of.

I have the same problem.Have the flysky 9x with new firmware
http://er9x.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/er9x.hex
Also have the problem with function sound minder.also does not working disable
welcome screen.also after some time hi change alone mode2 on mode1.Throttle
channel changes calibration on it's own 1. Calibrate all channels, turn the
radio off.
2. Turn the radio on in less than 10 minutes after calibration- all is ok.
3. Turn the radio on after 30 minutes, the throttle channel minimum position is
not -100, but is -90 can you fix this problem?thanks

I have exact same issue. 9X flashed fine. Radio calibration worked fine. I
can put throttle in lowest position and watch as the throttle increased. This
continued after calibrating ESC and 9x multiple times. Never happened with 9x
Original firmware. Any clue?

For both these last 2 comments (#2 and #3), please specify which revision of
er9x you are running. The revision may be foun in the "Version" menu display.

I have the exact same problem. The only difference is that the calibration only
holds for a few minutes before starting to slide on the throttle control. I
started having this problem a couple of months ago. Prior to that, there was no
problem. I have not changed the firmware after I first installed the version
specified below.
Version er9x-r813
v1.163-user

If the calibration of low throttle has changed, has full throttle also changed?
So, when you advance the throttle, does it reach full output BEFORE the
throttle stick reaches the full throttle position.
Note: This problem could indicate the pot body on the throttle stick is moving
or the shaft is slipping.

So, this is how I've experienced the issue:
I turn on my TX and notice that it's out of calibration. Throttle stands at 25%
even as the stick is full down.
I then turn to calibration. It calibrates fine and all looks good. After a few
minutes the full throttle calibration shifts down so that after a while, when
having the stick full up, the throttle is still at 50%. After jiggling up and
down a while, the throttle is now at 50% even as it is full down.
I then recalibrate again and all is fine for a while...

Go to the DIAGANA menu and look at the 4-digit value for the throttle stick (A2
if on the left stick, A3 for the right stick). Move the throttle stick to low,
middle and full and note the values for the 4-digit number. If (when?)
calibration has been lost, go back to the DIAGANA menu and chech these values.
If they have changed significantly (more than 5 in the last digit) then the pot
has slipped. If they are about the same, but the calibrated value to the right
has changed, then it may be the firmware.

Just because I want to reproduce this issue, it doesn't happen. I will however
look at these numbers if it happens again and post any results.

So, my problem seems to be hardware related. It happened today while I was
flying, the throttle dropped down while I was starting up and I could only get
about 20% throttle having it at the maximum position. Then checking the figures
you've described, the figures on the left indicates that given the maximum
position, it was only about 20% of what it should have been.

I find solution for it, Throttle or etc. pot has bad quality but not inside.
Pot has 3 pins isolated from each other by glue, but sometime central pin not
isolated good from other pins, because pin inside U shape and have from inside
parts, central pin can have connection with other pin under glue.
You need just remove glue by knife and little bend and curve it from plate and
thats all, you will have tottaly working potty.
attached file in red zones central pin can have connection
