I can't make this happen. I just downloaded and flashed the FrSky version (as
my Tx is modified for that) and those values do get saved.
In the top left corner of the display is a flashing line if the EEPROM has not
yet been written. Make sure you wait until this disappears before switching off.

I always wait for the indicator stops flashing before turn off the TX. I have
tried several times to reflash the transmitter (I use usbasp for flashing). But
it is always the same. I tried firmware Open9x - no problem, but I like er9x
more.

The only way to change these settings - through eePe (Read Memory From TX ->
Change parameters -> Write Memory To TX)

On this forum thread: http://openrcforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4598
are test versions for new features. Please try flashing the one from
05-Feb-2015 18:35 and see if the problem is fixed.

With this version problem is fixed! But is it stable version?

It should be stable. A new manual is being produced so these test versions have
been tested while making sure the manula matches them.
