Added more section in README.md to make it more descriptive and understandable .

That's great. Can you please add some changes to this: In #Dot-Discord, the line mentions that the bot created with discord.py Creating a #Features section mentioning available commands .greet, .meme and .clear. (more on their way) Some styling changes and updates for the #Python-3 dependencies section.

Please tell me if you have some other ideas.
