希望sshtunnel尽快加上对Obfuscated ssh的支持 #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.一旦连接标准端口（例如22）的SSH服务器，马上被告知无法�
��系主机
2.GFW已经对标准SSH的端口具有了干扰能力，解决办法是使用支
持Obfuscated ssh的混淆端口
3.但目前sshtunnel尚未支持Obfuscated 
ssh，所依目前sshtunnel基本上被封死了

通过标准端口根本无法连上SSH服务器主机

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sshtunnel 1.5.6
android 4.0.4（rooted）
