selector + ajax adding of new item redesign (4h) #258

what we need to do:
- rename linkNewItem to allowAddNew -- we specify the link too.. 
* do the linkNewItem button the same way in selector and in non-selector
* do reloading the same way
* get rid of SELECTOR_IMMEDIATELY -- allow only one way -- always immediately
* separate selector code into separate function..
* canbe: add script just generated into a file, which is inserted..
