When submitting form, we can have one page more with summarized values and with 
option to submit or clear values.

Form can be displayed as usual, but fields would be invisible and alternative 
text (formatted, probably generated in FormField as well) would be displayed 
instead.

If needed a hash of all values can be provided to control consistence of the 
request.
