but doesn't work every-time.. maybe we can store every action (not subaction, 
not images, not implicit) into session and then provide "guessed referer" in 
the error log

Seems to work fine without storing into session on images. Maybe problems will 
be brought into the light in another case. Until now flagged as solved.
