What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Problem only occurring in IE, of course.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want the Menu to go in front of the drop down menu

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am running the latest version on a Mac with Windows Parallels.

Please provide any additional information below.
I've tried z-index, positioning and everything else I can think of. Nothing is 
working for me.
