[x] Start to gather literature materials for lit review and methodology
[x] Create a first draft
[x] Submit for review
[x] Make adjustments and solidify the section
[x] I have been able to gather data from the Lagos branch however it was just for 3 years and restricted to a local government for the purpose of privacy.
