Feature Request: Implement Saving Data for Mods #3

Currently you are blocking the FileAccess class from being implemented within any mods. Exposing a way for mods to save data would be nice to have so we can save variable during runtime. Like always I am interested in submitting mod-projects to test functionality if needed.
