HelvePic32 #433

In package_chipkit_index.json the HelvePic32 boards are missing.

Was there a pull request to add support for these boards?

The boards are listed in /pic32/variants. They are only missing in package_chipkit_index.json

Added a pull request to fix building on Linux, possibly MacOS too. See PR #437
