MPIDE 20130715 would not compile on Windows XP computer that previously had MPIDE 20120903 installed on it #412

The workaround was to delete the Applicaiton Data/mpide directory. This might seriously throw off a new users.

Possible solution: A. Prompt user that new version changes the file and it should be reset. If they want reset delete it, and it automatic rebuilds.

B. Write an upgrade script for version of the file.

What about putting the version number in the folder that is created so that every version has its own location. I'm currently running two versions of MPIDE on a daily basis. Just deleting or upgrading the file maybe an issue.
